Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection about 2 weeks ago and finished all my antibiotics... I feel a lot better but now i have random bursts of coughing where i cough up a large amount of mucus. A couple of times I even puked from coughing so hard. Is this just still part of the sinus infection?
