Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Every morning dor the past month I have awaken up with my nose being extremely crusty with mucus on the inside from the top all the way to the of the nostril. About 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and the symptoms have not seemed to clear up and now this is a new one.
