Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I had a severe sinus infection that was diagnosed last week...I've also had several dental procedures done in over the past two weeks...which I thought was the cause of pain on the left side of my face. After the infection diagnosis...I got antibiotics...facial pain is resolving but really slowly...and a week into the 10-day regimen, I still have some pretty serious pain in my upper teeth, and bottom lip. Should I still assume it's from the sinus infection and allow more time for healing?
