Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

i got a sinus infection over a month and a half ago, and was treated with antibiotics. that didnt work so i went back to the doctor, they perscribed me to heavier antibiotics sterioids and cough medicine but it has been over two weeks and it is not getting any better. my yellow mucus is choking me sometimes. what is wrong and how can i fix this??
