Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Hi i believe i have a sinus infection but its the worst ive ever had the one side of my face is numb and my tonuge is numb and my eye is watering and my ear hurts and i have cold chilles and behind my eyes and nose and i have a tooth ache could this all be cause by the tooth ache or is it something else
