I have asinus problem; I am allergic and take anti-histamine tablets..one week I started getting very quick heart beats and then two days back i checked my bp and it was 147-157/98 ; I was taking sesame with water for two weeks for my period pain for 2 weeks and my mother was hospitalised just the same time ..was my bp because of stress or because of amything else?
