Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis Along With Nose Bleeding

I had sinus surgery a year ago, and have been fighting a sinus infection ever since and have taken a lot of antibotics, which don t help. Also have nose bleeds. A different doctor has me on doxy-cycl. now, for a bacterial staph infection. Do you think this medicine will help. I am very concerned.
