Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis

I had a question. Last I was diagnosed with having sinusits after having the symptoms for 3 weeks after lake water went up my nose. After having some unusual reactions to both cipro and bactrim ds my doctor decided to remove the antibiotics after a 4 day stint of insomnia and upset stomach/vomiting and instead put me on pseudoepehdrine for the sinus pain I was having. I seem to be getting better. I still have some pain in my nasal sinusus and my forehead and sometimes my cheeks hurt ( i know there are sinuses below my eyes as well). My mucus is mostly clear and every now and again some yellow comes out. maybe a little streak of blood ( likely from my albuterol nebulizer). about day ago or so I noticed that my columella was sore when I put some pressure on it. I moved it aside to try and see if my cartilage was sore as well but no such luck. I just wanted to see if that was normal to have a sore columella from blowing the nose? it only hurts when I press on it.

I also have anxiety and am on klonopin 1mg at night sid, buspar 5mg bid, zoloft 75mg. I do an albuterol at night as sometimes I get chest tightness (likely due to my anxiety aggravating my asthma).
