Suggest Treatment For Skin Abrasions On Buttocks

Hi Doctor

My baby is three weeks old, and just on concave part (sitting part) of the buttocks there is bad skin abbrations. with this red buttocks. Is this caused by a rash or are we wiping his buttocks too frequently or both? We tried airing his little bums yesterday, but he just poos and pees on everything! What is the best way to treat this? Thanks
