Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy And Big Red Blotches

my mom started getting these sudden symptoms of what seemed to be an allergy with giant red blotches that turned into scaly like brown blotches and itched. Dr didn't know what it was so he of course gave her a cortisone steroid shot and sent her home with more in a prescription. A long time later seemingly not contributed to the effects of meds it started going away. She had headaches dizziness and neck and leg pains also associated with the blotches. well the leg pains, headaches and dizziness went on and recently she started breaking out with a different type rash, itching her to death all over, her lips and eyes swollen up terribly and she went back to the ER and they gave her the same meds and sent her home. It subsided for a few days and keeps swelling her back up. Now she went to the health dept for a womanly check-up time and they told her that her bladder is enlarged and has fallen to the point of needing surgery pretty quickly to tack it up. she has regular check ups and this never occurred before now. what is your opinion? is any of these symptoms linked to her bladder or did these mass amounts of steroids cause bladder issues? help
