Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy And Swollen Palms

My husband has skin allergy since quite some time. He gets round red patches which r very itchy and also his palms get swollen and tender. Not able to recognise the cause of this. He is taking anti allergy medicines since few months. Kindly suggest a good doctor who will be able to treat him properly. Thanks.
