Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy

I had some skin allergy around my neck and around my arm pits. I visited a skin clinic and the dermatologist recommended me to use Onabet-b cream. I did use it for a month and half as suggested, although I missed few days in between. Most of the dark spots around my neck are almost gone and I do not have any more itching, but the dark spots around my arm pits didn't go away completely. And I have been using the same cream for the dark sports in my groin area too, where the skin became slightly smoother but the dark spots are still there. Please advise if it is safe for me to continue using Onabet-b cream?
