Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy

For the past 5 days, I have developed a skin condition on my face, neck, and hands. My local pharmicist has seen my condition and believes I have an allergic reaction. I have taken tablets and used cremes, however, the condition is not getting better. It is very sore, and my facial movements are somehwhat restricted. It is its most painful around my mouth, nose, and the crease between my neck and chin. I am pretty sure it is not eczema, as I have had eczema in the past, but the symptoms are very different and the rashes look harsher. The pain is very hot, and very itchy. Hope you can help.
