Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy

i have been getting these allergy on my skin for past three weeks..
i think it is due to bed bugs ..i hv had pest control in my flat done..but again i hv got the allergy...wheneer i take medicine like cetrizine or avil the reaction goes but again in three to four days i get the allergy...
shud i go for a blood test????
