Suggest Treatment For Skin Allergy

Hi doctor I'm 28 years old male, I'm diabetic and having skin Allergy since 4 months and i did the ESR test with other blood tests and the results shows the ESR first hour 30mm and second hour 70 mm, i know that ESR is an indicator for a certain disease but does this case shows anything specifically, thanks?
