Suggest Treatment For Skin Crack On Buttocks

I am 48 weight 150 and in generally good health. When having sex a couple of weeks ago my partner had his hands on the cheeks of my butt and I got a tiny tear at the top of my crack. I have used vasoline, and cornstarch on it. It gets better for a little bit and then it gets red and itchy. What do you suggest I do?
