Suggest Treatment For Skin Cut On Vagina

i am 20 not a virgin, but i haven't had intercourse in a very long time. my boyfriend and i had sex 3 days ago. i haven't an intense intercourse in a while, and he also had dry skin on the top of him penis just below the head. we continued to have sex and now i have a cut that is swelling and pussing on the right side of my vagina and a large deep cut in the back. i am in a lot of pain. i have been putting neosporin on the cuts and washing them every couple of hours. what else can i do to help the healing process and make it go by faster?
