Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection Around Vagina

Hi Ive been using condylyn for three days of the first cycle now. I think ive use too much of it. Im in sooo much pain. The skin around my vagina includinf the warts has turned white and is peeling. My god does this pain hurt. Ive taken ibuprofen and have had to use sudocrem just to get through the day. Ive also been bathing in salted bath water so i dont get an infection.. But ive recently started a new Relationship with a guy and im petrified of telling him ive got hpv. Its so horrible Im absoloutely devastated the condolyn in so strong ive just cried for two days please help
