Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection In The Scrotum Area

For last 20 years i am suffering from skin problems in scrotal area. I have consulted with so many doctors.All say that its a kind of scrotal dermatitis and treated me with cortico steroid medicine .But i did not get cure so far . I have infection in my lower scrotal area. Its present throughout the year and gets worst in hot and humid season. My skin is very fragile there .It always sweats from there .It gives prickly feeling due to pubic hair and if i scratch, it rashes with swelling and redness in the area just like crushes.i am 35 years of age. Please help me out.
