Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection With Bumps On Skin

Hi Doctor, I have a 2 year old son who gets frequent skin infections. He is the youngest and this is new to me as it was not hapening with his two older sibling. He gets these bumps on the skin that feel hard and look like they have water in them. And these appear to itch a lot so he scratches and complains that they hurt. He has bee to see some local Peads but these always come back. Please help me help my baby.
