Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection

Dear Sir or Madam

My young brother had a serious disease with his skin at the end of his leg. It is like that skin cover the muscle directly ,without fat and subcutaneous tissue is died away.

one year ago ,he found a problem on skin,but not so serious. does not hurt or itch,t is more and more serious now. we are aware of that it is a serious problem.
