Suggest Treatment For Skin Infections

I am 35 and no history of skin irritations. I have been using the popular My Myst mystic tan spray for over a year now. About 2 months ago I used a new cream they sell all over my body. I developed a rash only around my lower neck line, inside of my elbows and back of my knees. It is a flat, raised red rash that itches a little but is very hot and gives a burning sensation. It went away approx 5-6 days and I used the cream again. Same reaction. SO I stopped using the cream and no rash. I went to spray tan again yesterday, added an accelerator to my spray bottle along with a scent and extra bronzer and I now have the same rash again. I have never had this reaction with the regular mystic tan bottle with added scent and bronzer. Maybe it is the accelerator? Please help because i do not want to stop using the mystic tan as cancer runs in my family. Thank you.
