Suggest Treatment For Skin Irritation And Rash On The Hand

I have a skin irritation on the back of my right palm. I noticed blister like bubbles on my right thumb and i popped it, clean it and applied mercuro clear on it; it healed real fast but i also noticed i had bite like points on my palm and where the little blister were. But i still have some kind of irritation/ rash (very light) on the back of my right hand. What is it? should i take any medication?
