Suggest Treatment For Skin Itching And Scratch Marks

Hi, after the last two holidays i have taken i have come home and started to suffer from very itchy skin, i can sleep at night and ive drawn blood in several places where i have scratched. It is completly unbearable, i dont know what has caused it and what will cure it?
