Suggest Treatment For Skin Lesions All Over The Body

hello sir im having papular lesions of skin all over the body since a yr nerarly and hyper pigmentation such as black pigmentation at genitals since 6 months ....
i used mometasone fluorate for a period but i didnt get any cureand when i change water i used to get relief but now even im not getting may i know the reason for this thing aand th treatment sir..........
