Suggest Treatment For Skin On Penis Are Peeling Off

hello .. I am Vipin .. 18 year old its been a few weeks since i seen the skin on my penis actually peeling off .. now its ugly i mean i am an indian male .. my penis skin is dark.. and the peeled of skin area is like lighter colour than the regular on and on the side i can see a circle spot :( please help me
