Suggest Treatment For Skin Peeling

I think I have a nail fungus on my right middle finger. On that same finger, I get small liquid filled blisters that don't itch, but eventually pop, and my skin begins to peel. I've had this for approximately 3 years now. What can I do to fix both problems?
