Suggest Treatment For Skin Problem As Softcor Cream Is Stopped

hi doctor,
i am having skin problem on my face, and doctor suggested to use softcor cream. And i should use face wash (No soap). But now this cream production is stopped. Can u please suggest me any alternative. Is there any permanent solution, so that i can start soap usage.
