Suggest Treatment For Skin Problems

Hi, I would like to know the translation work in English. This is a cream, in Maltese we call it "kobriet" it is usually yellow ointment in colour. May be sold as powder form and then mixed with water as a paste.

My mother used to used it when we had some skin problems. Anyone out there can help me please. Thanks regards Angie
