Suggest Treatment For Skin Problems

Hi this is Althaf, thought to write to you after looking at your TV program. I’m working here in Middle East blessed with 2 kids. I've been suffering from skin problems for the past 7 years tried several doctors and finally gave up as I didn’t find a proper solution. Here’s the detailed info. On my health condition.
My profile
Name : Althaf
Age : 35 years
Weight: 72 kgs (overweight according to BMI)
Height: 162 Cms
From birth to 25

During childhood I had primary complex, then during school/college days had frontal

Sinusitis would sneeze continuous during early morning; eyes felt very itchy too, sneeze would continue through the day whenever environment is dusty and polluted and my body would always feel hot. Some doctors said it is kana soodu (don’t know what is it actually - some kind of disorder associated with tuberculosis), doctors have even prescribed medicines related to tuberculosis. If my cold symptoms reach out of control I would have thick mucus and would have wheezing trouble & breathing suffocation through the night. As an emergency remedy I would get an injection for cold and additionally corticosteroid injections.

After 25

Since I came to Middle East, things changed to my surprise my sneezing & wheezing trouble vanished all of a sudden. However cold and wheezing trouble symptoms appear whenever I go on vacation to India.

while here in Doha, 7 years back Once I had severe rash all over my body visited several doctors been put on Telfast, Allegra tablets (fexofenadine HCL) and all kind of histamine tablets accompanied along with antibiotic tablets and steroid creams. Though it was cured it was recurring often but with more intensity, as a result the doctor had to prescribe high potent antibiotic. Also I need to say that I had chickenpox before 5 years which I acquired from one of my room mate which was very worst. No idea how I got it for the third time as I had chickenpox earlier twice during my childhood.

My present condition: I have a very dry and itchy skin all over my body with flaky forehead. Whenever I eat chicken / exposed to cold air blow (ac), I would start itching and hives would appear all over my body especially on face, chest, thighs, and sides of my arms and on my back accompanied with one sided headache. Doctor told me need to avoid extreme cold and sudden drop in temperatures as I have cold urticaria. I have been in this chronic condition for at least 7 years. Add to this, since a year I have extreme pain on my shoulder, leg joints and neck stiffness always I stretch my neck to get relief. My leg joints always make noise during movement. I do have to mention am so much stressed & nervous about my condition.

I do have chronic constipation for the past 3 to 4 years. Had piles too but there is not any symptoms of it now. Earlier I don’t drink water much, but since an year I drink a lots but there is no progress of constipation cure, all I have is my stomach bloats unusually. Having reflux disease (heart burn) from time to time as I skip timed meals and late night eating and sleep.

My glucose is 74 in a range of (60-120) as per tests made yesterday

My Eosnophilia is 8 in a range of (0-6) as per tests made yesterday

I do have itching on my scalp from time to time though there is no dandruff, skin is itchy and hives would appear. I found it could be Seborrheic dermatitis as I had some pimples on scalp. I’m using nizoral shampoo that has pyrithone zinc in it.
The scalp itching has been reduced a bit now. It gets intense again whenever I apply oil on my scalp. Doctor too advised me not go for chicken, sea foods, nuts, chocolates (what is left to eat?).
There are no flakes right now on my forehead since I started using soap and alkali free shower creams. I’m using on my own been using Purim & Septilin from Himalaya from time to time.
I'm always doubt what the root cause of my problems is, may be tuberculosis, viral infection / meningitis, liver problems, asthma / asthmatic allergy / chronic urticaria / intestine trouble / upper respiratory disorder. LOL, guess no other diseases left out to write.
