Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash On Scrotum After Using Soap

I had a blood serum test for hsvc 1 n 2 it came back little high 1.09. this morning i used a soap on my scrotum and now i am having a reaction i did research it says citric acid will cause a reaction the soap had it in it high amount its a fruit scent. what can i do to treat it till i see my doctor
