Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash Under Scrotum

hi, i have a skin rash under my scrotum and on the insides of my legs around that area,

it is extremly itchy and usually very moist and sweaty, the rash is red and lumpy,

it is usually very moist, but when it dries out the skin is very dry flaky and still very itchy.

i have not tried anything to help cure it yet.
