Suggest Treatment For Skin Rash

I have been suffering from dermatosytes, skin rush and muscle weakness, five years ago. After i took predinsone for two consecutive years, I fully recovered and quit taking those tablets. Since that time, I had had no that feeling or symptoms. However during the past few days I am feeling those symptoms. Red skin rush at the top of my eyelids and around my fingers. Please tell me will it relapse or what?
