Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes And Itching On Body

I am 34 years old and nearly 2 months now I have got skin problems.Always itching and sometimes it is severe and I couldn't stop scratching and it leaves rashes on the body.Firstly it started from lowerlegs and gradually it sreaded to thigh,buttock and now on lower back.While I use emollient gets little relief.Rashes will disappear within 15-30 minutes.My doctor prescribed me fuscidin cream and i use that also.Pls give me some advice.At present I have no problems in legs and the scratch mark left over.
