Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes And Swollen Lip

My upper lip suddenly grwon up and this is not a first time as I was facing this + getting reddish skin rashes too from last four \ five months. I hv concerened this one of the skin speicaist and she has suggested course (Wysolen tab, Ranteck and Evil tab). once I stop this course then suddenly facing this problem. Pls suggest me how to prevent this type of problem.
