Suggest Treatment For Skin Rashes On The Lower Legs

my wife develops a non itchy rash when she walks, the rash appears on the lower legs and spreads up to the top of her legs, our doctor has given her allergy tablets , he has no idea why she has this problem and is not researching this problem, can you advise please?
