Suggest Treatment For Skin Sensitivity

My husband is currently in DRC. Since Saturday, he has been complaining about sensitive skin (on his head, arms). He says his eyes feel they are falling out and he has a fever. There are very limited medical care. They have tested him for Malaria, which came back negative, this morning his sugar was 8 (after breakfast). Do I need to start worrying?
