Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag In The Vagina

Hi. I have, around my vaginal opening and just inside, nodules that are flesh coloured, skin tag like, with white tips. They don't hurt at all and I think they may have been there for some time, although I'm not 100% sure. I don't think they're warts, but I wondered if you could help me with some ideas as to what they might be.
