Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag On Nipple

Hi, I have a skin tag on my nipple. I am 21 years old and its been there since I was a child. I don't know what its from but its humiliating and I'm afraid to take my bra off to have sex. Please help me, is there anyway to get this removed? Sometimes it bleeds when it gets irritated by my bra. PLEASE HELP!
