Hi, i'm Mostafiz from Bangladesh, age-28, i'm facing constipation problem, threre are some overgrowth inside my anus & hanging skin at anal opening. There is no pain. But last 3/4 days i'm facing serious head ache problem. My blood pressure is now 140/90. Plz. suggest me.
