Suggest Treatment For Skin Tanning Due To Sun Light

i am 32 years lady residing in kolkata. whenever i go out in sun my face turns red ,especially the cheeks and afterwards the redness in the cheeks turns black. i do use sunscreen with spf 30 before going out and carry umbrella also. how to prevent my skin from turning red and then black.
