Suggest Treatment For Skin Warts On Face

Hi, I was trying to remove skin warts from my face and went on to try a salicylic acid solution on them. I tried first on the hand and it didn t do any significant discoloration... Hence, I tried on the face.. However, there seems to be significant discoloration there and I can see black texture over all the places where I applied the liquid..
