Suggest Treatment For Skin Welts On Arms, Back, Shoulders And Upper Legs

plese help me.i keep geting skin welps on my arms back shoulders and between uper legs.once i was told hives.but it keeps coming to were its painfull.if i take a hot shower it coms down.but then comes back.anything i can use.please help me out with this probl i am having..thanks
