Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness Post Knee Replacement Surgery

I am having a lot of trouble sleeping. It started after I had a knee replacement on Dec 9,2014. I already take melatonine 10 mg every night. I have tried ambien, lunesta and zanex . I need help as I am getting more fustrated and anxious every night. I am also tired.
