Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness When Treating MS

I hope you can. I am prescribed Ativan .5mg 'sub' as a prn and usually take two at a time fir stress and anxiety. I have a long history of mental illness, borderline personality disorder/major depressive incidents/anxiety throughout each day. Recently diagnosed with Multiple Schlerosis. I take pain meds by patch, compound cream, several oral medications and soon an injectable for MS ongoing and acute pain. In addition, my beagle has been injured and is on a medication regime that makes her feel she needs to go out all the time.

I do not want to kill myself and I am not suicidal. I need to get good sleep without a lot up and out of bed to head outside for a minute. I will be taking more than what is prescribed and I am thinking 6 or 8 .5mg sub. should be okay. I need to wake up in the morning and I NEED to sleep tonight. I am not coping very well and need to ask you for your knowledge. Thank you, karin
