i have too problem at the moment,

1 i have got constipation ,, its coming and going ,,but after pissed i fell blood .

2 drop coming from my pennis ,its start from 9 to 10 month ago ,,before its coming when i was watching movie or think something ,,

but now coming everyday ,,i can see bit spot in my underware ,and coming too much
