Suggest Treatment For Slight Burning Sensation In My Urethra?

There s a slight burning sensation in my urethra but only in one section of it. What could it be? I haven t had any sexual intercourse for over a month or two before it happened so an STD is out. I think it s a UTI or inflammation of a part of my urethra it s nbeen on going for a week now
