Suggest Treatment For Slight Discoloration Around Hairline And Flaky Dry Skin

Hello to whomever this may concern, I've had this slight discoloration around my hairline for several months. Really doesn't itch too much, but when I do rub it, it tends to get flaky like dry skin. Also, my hairline has started to recede. I'm only 19 years of age with dreadlocks and its really starting to worry me. I've tried Shea butter, argan oil, and a few other products but nothing is working.
