Suggest Treatment For Slipped Disc And Urinary Incontinence

I have scoliosis 2 30° approx so shaped, ddd, any losing spondylitis or thesis, and slipped disk. This morning while asleep I had a small amount of urinary incontinence. This has never happened. I can wake up with the fullest bladder and be fine to get to the bathroon. Also have severe rls since jan. when I got myself off suboxone. Do u think the rls is associated with the sub. or something else? I take neupro, xanax, clonidine, trazodone n seroquel for insomnia. I had a grand Mal seizure oct.1,14. But all tests were normal. Just very anxious for some possibilities and different opinions. My aunt thinks my spine may be shifting to the cord. I see a neurologist next Tues
