Suggest Treatment For Slowly Increasing BP Levels

I am a reasonably healthy widow of 75 years. I take only Meloxicam for arthritis and Konolapan for restless leg. The top number on my blood pressure has been slowly increasing for the last 2 or 3 years. I have sinusitis and went to a clinic today to get medication. My blood pressure was 152/78. My PCP has never mentioned blood pressure meds. I have 2 sisters who are on meds for pressure. Should I see a cardiologist?
